In this class, we will cover all aspects of integral yoga. Releasing stress, tuning your attention inwards, postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, mantra (sound), and some practical day to day yoga philosophy.

If you join this class every week, and you practice at home what we have learned, it's very likely that you have established your own yoga practice by this summer :)
This class is aimed at beginners, but advanced practitioners are welcome too.

Sign up for your first try-out class! You can try one class for €15 or 3 classes within 3 weeks for €24.
